No CODs accepted. Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipping
within California. Please allow up to three business days for your order
to be packaged and ready to ship. All orders shipped via Fedex®.

RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Errors
You may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit. No credit card, check or cash refunds.
ONLINE SEMINAR REGISTRATION
Please note that all online seminar registration purchases are final and are not refundable. You may receive a full refund only if the event is postponed or cancelled by the JJ Machado academy. You must present your purchase receipt at the Academy front desk for admittance.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive a product that is found to be defective in function or appearance, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Damage caused by misuse or normal "wear and tear" are not eligible for replacement. Replacement items ship within 7 days after the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. Products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RMA. RMA's expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or reissued.
All returned products must be complete, in original condition, and in original packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt must be enclosed in the package. A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Books, VHS and DVD products may not be returned. Return shipping to us is at customer's expense.

Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or visual errors that may appear on this website. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations, or typographical or visual errors in product descriptions. Most "out-of-stock" items expect to ship within 30 days. We are not liable under any legal theory for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or errors, damage or expense arising out of or relating to the placement or fulfillment of your order, or the use of or the inability to use the product(s), and in all cases our liability is strictly limited to replacement, or repair, or the value of the products purchased.
