System Requirements

The online training program is a robust web application with many features and utilities. As a result, it is very important to make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements prior to signing up for the program.

The program is designed to run on both MACs & PCs, and is regularly tested on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Apple Safari. Due to certain coding limitations, however, we recommend Mozilla Firefox as the preferred web browser for the Online Training Program. You can download the Firefox browser at www.mozilla.com

H.264
All media in the Online Training Program is encoded using the H.264 codec. You must have either Quicktime 7.1 or greater, or Flash 9 or greater. If you do not have either plugin, your computer must meet the following minimum system requirements in order to download and install these plugins:

MAC
• PowerPC® G3 500MHz or faster processor, Intel Core™ Duo 1.33GHz or faster processor
• At least 128MB of RAM
• At least 16MB of video memory, 128MB of VRAM recommended
• Mac OS X v10.4 or later

WINDOWS
• Intel® Pentium® II 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
• At least 128MB of RAM
• 128MB of VRAM recommended
• Windows 2000, XP, Vista
